The Fort Bend County Westpark Toll Road Project is approx. 7.5 miles long and connects SH-99 to the western end of the Harris County WestparkTollway in Fort Bend County, Texas. This project was awarded in 2004 with construction starting in 2004 and ending in 2006. All portions of this toll road are open. The toll road consists of two traffic lanes in each direction, separated by a 2.5´wide concrete barrier, PC concrete pavement structure, lane widths of 12´, 4´ inside, and 10´outside shoulders. Among the important features of this project is the interchange with SH-99.

The period of construction was 16 months, representing approx. 29% of the total investment. Phase C started .75 miles east of Mason Rd. and .22 miles west of Long Point Creek ending .45 miles west of FM 1464. This section represents 24% of the total and required a period of 16 months to complete. Phase D was built in a period of 16 months, representing 15% of construction costs. This section began just west of FM 1464 ending just east of the Fort Bend County Line.
